I have been eating a raw breakfast (green smoothies); and I have more energy. Even my son loves the green smoothie. The recipes were simple and healthy and the food had flavor! As a group, I think we had the most fun incorporating Thai baby coconuts! We used the coconut in a smoothie and participants tasted the water inside of the coconut.

loss because it helps you to feel full. For one of my favorite smoothies, I
transform coconut meat into a yogurt. Afterwards, I combine the yogurt, fresh
pineapple juice, fresh apple juice, and Spirulina for a delicious drink. Yummy!

Coconut meat helps lower the risks of heart disease.

Getting to the coconut meat offers a heaven of a stress
reliever! Had a hard day at work? Come home and open a coconut with a cleaver! You
can even belt out loud, “Hi Ya” karate chop sounds as you strike it. Watch
your hands though!
